Zumba

Well I think I met the Zumba Nazi last night. I have to say I think I love her. It was so much fun! I walked out of the class soaking wet and my legs felt like rubber (they still felt that way most of today)but I loved every minute of that class. Definatelly need to do that again!!!

Halloween

No one should have to diet on Halloween. I tried to buy candy I didn't like so that I wouldn't be tempted. On thing I learned about myself was that I really like Butterfingers. Who knew! I wish I would have realized that each bite sized candy was 4 pts. as I consumed Butterfinger after Butterfinger. Well it showed at the weigh in. I lost 0.2 for the week :( Not so great but 3 lbs. total.

Week 2

Not so bad. I used most of my points for the week but managed to have a 2.8 weight loss. :)

1st Weigh in

168.8. Ugh!!!

New Goal!

You know its been a long time when you can't even remember the name of your blog to sign in. Well, I'm Back and with a purpose. After my numerous attempts at weight loss ie. cabbage soup, biggest loser, hCG I find myself right where I started. So here it is. My 20 by 40 plan. Plain and simple. 20 lbs. by ny 40th birthday. And this time its Weight Watchers. I sick and tired of the quick fix. I want a diet that will work, so every Mondy I weight in. Simple right. So from now until March 1st it exercize and healthy eating!

Back On The Fat Wagon

Time for the Biggest Loser!!! 6 months to go (well 5 months thanks to procrastination). HCG was great but hard and round 2 was nearly impossible so back to good old calorie counting. Thanks to The Biggest Loser Contest at work and a $300.00 grand prize I'm ready to get back in the game!!! Oh yes, I can be bought!!! 1250 calories a day and 1 hour of exercise is my goal. I'm still looking for that Mt. Dew diet but I don't think there is one. So bring on the headaches and sore muscles...skinny me here I come!!!

One week to go!!!

Well I'm officially singed up for my 1st 5k. It's next Sat. at 8:00am. I have to say I'm pretty excited. Not only can I run 3 miles now(even though this morning I thought it would kill me) but I have seen a significant drop in my heart rate after I run!!! Seeing results is what its all about. When I started this adventure, it was all about weight loss but seeing the drop in my heart rate was enough to keep me happy. Hopefully the weight loss will follow but for now feeling good and being healthy, is well worth it!!!
